Job description

Fundraising and Development:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure donations, grants and sponsorships.

• Prepare case for support and effective pitch decks, sponsorship packages and compelling grant proposals.

• Develop and organise fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.

• Build long-term relationships with funders and partners for sustained giving.

• Monitor fundraising performance, maintain donor database, and prepare impact statements and stewardship reports for donors and stakeholders.

Marketing Communications:

• Work with the Communications to support fundraising and donor engagement by:

• Developing compelling communication strategies to enhance donor outreach and corporate engagement.

• Creating persuasive content for newsletters, social media, and website updates to highlight the Foundation’s impact and fundraising initiatives.

• Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all donor-facing platforms.

• Driving donor engagement through EDM blasts, blog articles, and promotional content for Foundation events.

• Tracking and analysing performance metrics (e.g., web and social media analytics, campaign results) to optimise fundraising and outreach strategies.
