We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Finance Business Partner with 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
2. Commercial Support: Provide financial insights to commercial teams, including pricing, margin, and ROI analysis.
3. Budgeting and Planning: Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business goals.
4. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and identify improvement areas.
5. Special Projects: Engage in projects such as financial process improvements, system implementations, and due diligence.
6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to offer financial guidance and support.
