Job description

About The Role

  • Organise and provide secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and associated meetings.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in areas of quality assurance, patient safety, continual improvement, and risk management.
  • Plan, develop, and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Assist with other clinical governance functions such as report preparation and analysis.
  • Undertake any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management.
  • Preferably 3 to 4 years of experience in healthcare settings. Postgraduates with less experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, clinical quality processes, and/or risk management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to work with staff at all levels and diverse stakeholders in both independent and team environments.
  • Self-motivated; capable of multi-tasking, working independently, and producing well-written reports, papers, and minutes.
  • Demonstrates compassion and a commitment to patient safety and ethics.
