As a Senior Assistant Manager, Zone Operations, RHSO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide secretariat support and coordination for clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and related meetings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives in quality assurance, patient safety, continuous improvement, and risk management.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor quality improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and service standards.

  • Support clinical governance activities, including data analysis, report preparation, and documentation.

  • Act as a key liaison across medical, nursing, allied health, and administrative teams to foster strong working relationships.

  • Assist with hospital licensing processes, internal audits, incident investigations, and clinical records reviews.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Department Head to support departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant healthcare or science-related field (e.g. Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health) with 3–4 years of healthcare experience preferred.

  • Experience in clinical quality, Lean, Six Sigma, or risk management is an advantage.
