Job Overview:
You will be managing the daily operations of an assigned clinic. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of clinic services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve clinic growth, meet financial targets, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of patient service associates to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

  • Oversee the clinic’s daily operations, addressing any process issues and improving operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and ancillary staff to enhance clinic processes and improve patient experience.

  • Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to monitor clinic performance.

  • Develop and implement business plans to expand clinic services and meet business objectives.

  • Manage the annual budgeting process and oversee procurement for the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in employee engagement and team management.

  • Basic understanding of clinical terms and medical standards (experience in healthcare is advantageous).

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity when engaging with diverse staff and patient groups.
