Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead frontline staff, and enhance patient experience. The ideal candidate will have at least a degree in a related field, 3 years of healthcare operations management experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications

  • Min Degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Min 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Min 2 years of experience supervising frontline staff in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with patient service recovery processes and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

  • Prepare reports and present operational performance to management.
