We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as the Assistant Manager, Client Operations, Singapore and SEA.
Principal Responsibilities
- Play a key role in building a centralized Client Operations function to support both Public and Private Markets, being an integral person to lead & support the establishment of a centralized client operations team to support AMSG scale and defining a new global operating model
- Assess opportunities to improve processes both operationally and through the use of technology across the platform including smart automations, AI and larger scale developments across the firm
- Provide and maintain the overall client experience through appropriate client operations support activities
- Work with Client Services and other stakeholders to assist in the delivery of goals and objectives as agreed with the business to develop our customer opportunities and improve our client experience and fund operational efficiency
- Act as a SME for all regular client management such as client onboarding, ongoing client query handling and ad-hoc client reporting for existing and prospective clients
- Escalation points for issues with fund investor account opening and transactions (i.e. HSS Lux, HTSG, HSBC GH, State Street)
- Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Investments, Product Specialists, Compliance, Legal etc
