1. Assist the Head (HOD, Section and Unit Head) of Maintenance Unit to carry out day-to-day preventive / corrective maintenance work, urgent & ad-hoc work and minor upgrading / improvement work.

2. Planning, co-ordination and supervision of cyclical, preventive and corrective maintenance for all SDC owned assets and infra-structure on Sentosa Island.

3. Planning and develop life cycle asset maintenance or replacement schedule and annual cyclical and preventive maintenance budget.

4. Prepare yearly OPEX and CAPEX budget, tracking monthly expenditure.

5. Preparation of ITQ and ITT Contract for Sentosa Island. This would include discussion with relevant stakeholders on the specification, drafting the SOR, liaise with relevant stakeholders, and participate in Tender process (for example, site show around, tender evaluation, etc.).

6. Carry out mandatory BCA building inspection and PUB water tank inspection and other non-BCA building list (for example, bridge, Express train track system, shelter and other infrastructure, etc.)

7. Carry out inspection at assign cluster on building, infrastructure, facilities and services.

8. Arrange with external P.E for any work requires PE design, endorsement and certification.

9. Conduct engineering and safety analysis and investigation.

10. Manage Minor Upgrading / A&A work.

  • Assist Head (HOD, Section and Unit Head) of C&S Maintenance Unit to carry out day - to - day preventive / corrective maintenance work, urgent & ad-hoc work and minor upgrading/improvement work.

  • Manage in - house and outsource team (for example, Term Contractor, Facilities Maintenance Company, etc.) for any urgent and ad-hoc work request

  • Life Cycle Management of C&S:

  • Responsible for the planning, documentation of cyclical and preventive maintenance of C&S assets, utilities services such as sewage system, drains and bridges, roads, buildings, floating platforms, jetties and other infra-structure ( for example, WOT, SkyWalk , Twin Towers, Fort Siloso , etc . ) in Sentosa.

  • Maintain an up - to - date record on 5 yearly building inspection as per regulatory requirement.

  • Maintain an up - t o- date record on yearly w ater tank inspection as per regulatory requirement .

  • Maintain an up - to - date record of all C&S drawings .

  • Term Contract management:

  • Engage all concerned stakeholders before carrying out any upgrading, repair and maintenance work .

  • Conduct regular meetings with Term Contract or on the work progress, their performance , arising matters , feedback , etc.

  • Ensure Term Contractor carry out work complied with WSH regulations; check and approved RA, Method Of Statement & Safe Work Procedure, Work at Height submitted by Contractor.

  • Ensure term contractors carry out the repair and upgrading works in accordance to the work order , construction drawing, shop drawing and acceptable standard .

  • Issuing of Term Contract Order (or blanket release) to Term Contractor via Workday and perform work closure (GRN) .

  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

  • Responsible for carrying out corrective maintenance as requested .

  • Liaise with Zone Managers to ensure Good Show during and after maintenance work.

  • Plan, develop and carry out inspections at various zones and areas.

  • Minor work/ upgrading Work Management :

  • Liaise with ISO for the preparation of ITQ and ITT documentation.

  • Liaise with Architect/Engineer for the details drawing and spec .

  • Provide cost estimate for minor upgrading / repair work .

  • Management of minor upgrading project .

  • Prepare yearly OPEX and CAPEX budget, tracking monthly expenditure.

  • And any other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil and Structure , or Degree or Diploma in Facilities / Estate Management .
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Degree holder and 5 years of relevant experience for Diploma holder.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office application software. The ability to read and understand Auto CAD drawing is an advantage .
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills/ Team player/ Service-oriented/
