SingHealth Centralised Institutional Review Board (CIRB) is the ethics review board for SingHealth Institutions.

You will review and manage all IRB submissions to ensure completeness and conformance to IRB application and regulatory requirements.

You will provide secretariat support to board meetings to ensure efficient operation of the IRB Secretariat Office by managing information to support the IRB function including minutes, agenda and other correspondences. You will also provide support on IRB training-related matters for researchers and IRB members and supervise the IRB associate executives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical-related fields or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Previous working experience in research environment or healthcare-related industry is preferred
  • Strong teamwork orientation and possess good interpersonal skill
  • Meticulous and organised individual with ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
