ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Campus Development to support planning and procurement of hospital equipment and related items for development projects.

You will coordinate user workgroups, facilitate meetings, and ensure project plans align with operational requirements. As an Assistant Manager, Campus Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the planning and procurement of medical equipment, non-medical equipment, and furniture for hospital development projects
• Coordinate user workgroups, facilitating meetings and aligning project plans, timelines, and operational requirements
• Assist in budget planning and cost control to ensure development projects remain within approved budgets.
• Develop equipment and furniture specifications in collaboration with user departments and key stakeholders for tender exercises..
• Evaluate tender submissions, provide technical recommendations, and support procurement committees during vendor selection..
• Act as the key liaison between user departments, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and integration of operational workflows into project design. Support campus planning initiatives and stay updated on healthcare planning trends to drive effective hospital development

Requirement:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management and procurement experience, candidates with healthcare background highly preferred
