Job Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and development of guests’ membership and casino programs and promotions
Participate in the development and implementation of gaming promotions to increase the percentage of rated revenue and drive incremental gaming revenue
Work with Planning and Analytics teams to create pro forma and ensure costs and complimentaries are managed in accordance with guidelines, monitoring ongoing redemptions and expense against allocated budgets
Develop marketing and promotion initiatives to ensure that different segments of members are engaged via the appropriate direct marketing channels and frequency
Monitor competition and cross-industry programs, best practices, and assess applicability and competitiveness
Prepare reports and analysis to help in the crafting of various strategies and policies
Provide insight and lead on the targeted group/segment to Business Development team
Revenue and performance tracking
Review/Execution of campaign and other system maintenance Ensure effective communication to other departments with respect to communications execution, including but not limited to Call Centre, Marketing Operations, and Business Development
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple campaigns at a time
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
