A leading community service organization is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Lead to drive marketing and enrollment efforts across its preschools. This role involves developing strategies, executing campaigns, and building partnerships to enhance visibility and support growth in early childhood education. Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to lead the business development and marketing efforts across our network of preschools. This role is key to driving student enrolment, boosting brand visibility, and supporting sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Head of Preschool Services to develop integrated marketing plans, execute impactful campaigns, and build meaningful partnerships that align with our organisation’s mission.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost preschool enrolment and strengthen brand awareness.
Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, and community platforms.
Track, analyse, and optimise the enrolment funnel — from initial enquiry to successful admission.
Create engaging content and manage consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Identify and foster strategic partnerships to enhance outreach and positioning.
Work closely with the Head of Preschool Services to support long-term business development and market expansion.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Early Childhood, Communication or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications — ideally within the education, early childhood, or services sector.
Proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Canva)
Strong copywriting, storytelling and campaign planning skills
Able to analyse data to derive insights and drive decisions.
Experience in team supervision, vendor management, or project ownership is a strong advantage.
Passionate about early childhood education and community impact.
