Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive accelerated business growth and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, business acquisitions, and new customer segments to expand market presence and foster growth.
- Craft compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate solutions and services in the marketplace.
- Design and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the benefits of offerings.
- Articulate the technical components of solutions, including cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and manage tender processes to secure business agreements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Any other assigned tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business development, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving exceptional results.
- In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and services, including Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring and Hunting, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cybersecurity Training, Cyber Range, and Cyber Forensics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a highly motivated, positive, and approachable demeanour.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and address customer challenges effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the capability to offer insightful and constructive recommendations on strategic initiatives.
- Commitment to delivering work of the highest quality and standards.
- Proven ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
