Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and support business development activities related to aircraft cabin engineering.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities from Airlines and Aircraft leasing customers in the APAC and EMEA region.
  3. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and implement pre-sales activities leading to the winning of new business in alignment with company goals.
  4. Provide customer support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service standards creating customer satisfaction and delight.
  5. Build and develop strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders to drive long term growth.
  6. Monitor KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, pipeline, pricing etc.) and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of business strategies to achieve continued business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales, business and bid development experience.
  2. Candidates with good working experience in the commercial aviation industry, especially in the field of cabin interiors product and services marketing and business development would be an added advantage.
  3. Possess good verbal and written communications skills and able to present concepts/proposals to customers effectively. Fluency in at least one other Asian language is an added advantage.
  4. Able to function comfortably in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc. in developing winning business proposals.
  6. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  7. Travel to APAC, Middle East and/or Europe region is required.
