Business Development for Parkway Radiology
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Parkway Radiology's customer relationships, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a high degree of satisfaction.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive referral growth and expand market reach.
- Generate insights from stakeholder interactions and field observations.
- Monitor the ratio of radiology’s inpatient to outpatient revenue to identify leakage.
- Use and develop business intelligence tools to transform data into meaningful information to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Monitor outpatient revenue contributions from all referring doctors; identify and target key clinics on a quarterly basis.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed outpatient financial goals.
- Measure the ROI of business development activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Organise networking events to support Radiology business growth.
- Create and manage Radiology marketing collaterals.
- Oversee discount approval processes for both new and existing clinics.
- Collaborate on maintaining and updating the Radiology website.
- Lead initiatives to adopt emerging digital health technologies that enhance patient engagement and service delivery.
- Maintain and update the department website to ensure accurate and current information.
- Ensure business development activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
