This role is pivotal in ensuring CAG’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, enhancing the organization’s operational resilience. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in working in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders
In the course of work, you are expected to strategise and strengthen the organisation’s operational resilience; oversee the development, validation and refinement of business continuity plans, lead and monitor emergency response; work with airport stakeholders and government agencies to ensure full integration and understanding of CAG’s plans; plan and monitor the conduct of exercises with the aim of validating various emergency and business continuity plans; represent CAG at various Emergency Exercises organised by different stakeholders; develop and maintain a framework to train and familiarize the staff with the emergency response and business continuity plans; oversee and maintain the crisis management facilities
As the job is highly dynamic and challenging, you will need to drive critical initiatives that protect our people, operations, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in operations and planning (crisis management and/or business continuity planning preferred but not mandatory)
  • Good inter-personal skills to manage key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies, in the airport community
  • Self-motivated and independent with strong ability to multi-task and learn
  • Experience in developing and implementing business continuity frameworks and policies.
  • Change management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
