Our team members enjoy collaboration, are motivated to make a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The nature of the work grants a unique opportunity to explore and implement transformative ideas, taking on a role in partnering operations teams to define the future of airport operations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in managing innovation and/or business transformation projects.

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to articulate desired end goal, devise mid-term strategy, outline programme roadmap, gather stakeholders’ buy-in.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Highly driven and hands-on, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for making a real impact.
