Key Responsibilities

Rewards Operations

  • Develop and maintain a single "source-of-truth" compensation database to facilitate rewards activities within the regional and global rewards team.
  • Support APAC regional rewards team during cyclical and ad-hoc rewards activities such as performance management, salary increment, performance bonus, pay pressure reviews, etc.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments of compensation components to a small, selected group of employees and senior executives.

Shares Plan Administration

  • Work with global, regional Rewards team and external vendors to manage employee shares plan such as granting and vesting of ESOPs. Generate and provide data / reports to Rewards team as necessary.

Rewards Compensation Management

  • Stay informed of Singapore legislative changes, employment and job trends, and rewards best practices to ensure our rewards components are market competitive and in compliance with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare data and implement rewards changes as a result of Singapore government legislation changes such as Progressive Wage Models, etc.

System Admin for SAP SuccessFactors

  • Manage compensation-related data within SuccessFactors to ensure relevant data is accurate for implementation of rewards activities.
  • Partner with Human Capital Business Partners to prepare onboarding documents and initiate system data updates in SuccessFactors for a small, selected group of employees and senior executives.

Support functions such as

  • Partner with Global Rewards team to adopt global frameworks and best practices to ensure a fair and consistent approach across the Group.
  • Support adhoc Human Capital related projects and work as needed (e.g. providing data for compensation and employee shares plan sections of the annual financial report, annual external audits, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant rewards experience, having a track record of maintaining and implementing rewards programs.
  • Highly meticulous with the ability to solve problems through a data-driven approach and developing various recommendations balancing business, market and employee priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple rewards programs and processes during peak period of the financial year-end; achieving goals and deadlines through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing employee shares plan. Knowledge and experience in benchmarking and managing executive compensation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, rewards financial modelling, HRIS (Success Factors) compensation module. Advanced excel skills is a must. PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills; ability to effectively summarize problems, synthesize data results and communicate solution proposals for management decision making.
