As an Assistant Manager, Ambulatory Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Use data to understand and design care models and processes.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for design and implementation.
Ensure proper resourcing and adhere to timelines.
Investigate and address patient and public feedback with relevant stakeholders
Implement necessary improvements based on feedback.
Report key performance indicators to Senior Management and MOH.
Continuously enhance dash-boarding for accurate and timely performance visibility.
Plan and procure items for operations, including consumables and equipment.
Collaborate with Facility Management and IT for maintenance and efficient patient care delivery.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields
