Assist Clinical HOD(s) and internal/external key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services in respective clinical programme(s)/ department(s).
Support the operations and continuous improvements of clinical services and programmes in inpatient and outpatient settings with respective internal and external stakeholders.
Provide other aspects of Clinical Operations Support including but not limited to: Project Management, Workflow management, IT and System requirements, Financial assessment, Data Collection and Analysis, Resource management including budgetary planning, procurement, Event management & Logistics (on ad-hoc basis) and other administrative/secretariat responsibilities.
Translate and communicate the vision, strategic and business plans of the hospital and clinical department(s) to all relevant areas and ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities to implement or facilitate strategies with Clinical HOD(s) of the relevant medical specialty as assigned to ensure services meet evolving healthcare needs.
Create a conducive environment to facilitate open communications and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
Develop and implement strategies and plans for achieving customer satisfaction.
Identify and monitor key clinical and operations performances and customer service standards to ensure patients’ satisfaction.
Ensure adequate resources are provided for services and in alignment with the Hospital’s business and financial objectives.
Set up programmes to promote continuous improvement and learning, as well as to facilitate auditing and reviewing of services.
Any other projects and assignments as directed.
Basic degree & Postgraduate degree in hospital and administrative preferred.
3 to 5 years of working experience in healthcare or service industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
Strong team-player, organised and analytical.
Independent worker, with strong initiative and self-motivation.
Comfortable with ambiguity, unchartered territory, enjoy challenges and problem solving.
Embrace continuous improvements, innovation and changes.
Proficient in SAP, EPIC and MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Power Point.
