Job summary

JTC Corporation seeks a leader to manage the Facilities Management Company (FMC) for its industrial properties, ensuring safety, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. You will champion technology adoption, AI, and smart FM to transform facilities practices and drive sustainability.

You will collaborate with our Cluster Group to engage tenants and resolve feedback, guiding FMC toward operational excellence and compliance with contract specs. Strong team leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Facilities Management Company to keep JTC industrial properties safe and well-maintained.
Drive adoption of technology, AI, and smart FM practices.
Promote sustainability initiatives and asset lifecycle optimization.
Collaborate with Cluster Group to engage and resolve tenant feedback.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and standards.
Improve resource optimization and productivity.
Lead FMC training and ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
