Due to business expansion plan in Singapore, we are currently looking for a candidate to perform the below duties:

Job Description

  • Accountable for providing 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service level support to Aerospace customers
  • Communicate with carriers and origin and destination agents/offices regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery processes
  • Monitor and manage shipments until completion
  • Keep customers updated proactively on shipment milestones in accordance with SOP’s
  • Build relationships with customers, offices, overseas and domestic agents and service providers
  • Establish standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance to relevant regulations
  • Support Sales / Business Development Managers on quotations, where required
  • Any other duties as assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Able and willing to work outside normal working hours to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in process optimization and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and aerospace industry standards
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace operations with sales support skillsets
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
