RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all the administrative and logistical matters related to the smooth offering and execution of training programs (both online and offline) offered by the team.
  • Responsible for trainer management, partner management, course ware, assessment, feedback and other required duties/documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating/setting up client meetings for the team and drafting of minutes or other relevant documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree with minimally 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent time, resource and project management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Self-initiated, takes initiative, ownership and highly dependable.• Meticulous with numerical figures and details.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, SAP, Zoom and other IT tools• Strong people management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.
