Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development professional to develop and drive the AI, digital literacy and future-skills roadmap across the organisation. The role includes designing curricula, e-learning content, and supporting competency development initiatives to meet workforce needs.

You will manage the LMS, coordinate governance, and support external funding and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with training governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computing, AI, or Robotics-related (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, digital workplace tools, data literacy, automation and emerging technology trends.
• ACLP, ACTA, DDDLP, or DACE certification will be an advantage.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and drive the organisation-wide AI, digital literacy and future-skills roadmap, aligned with business priorities and workforce needs, including the practical adoption of AI and digital tools to improve productivity and ways of working. Design, develop and review training curricula, e-learning programmes and courseware to support organisational capability development. Support competency and skills development initiatives, including competency frameworks, competency mapping, Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Career Conversion Programmes. Ensure compliance with training governance and quality requirements, including audit, procurement, assessment integrity, vendor governance and quality assurance. Manage external training funding and grants, including applications, claims and related administration. Administers and supports the Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS). Includes learning campaign and e-learning administration and system-related support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computing, AI, or Robotics-related (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, digital workplace tools, data literacy, automation and emerging technology trends.
• Possession of ACLP, ACTA, DDDLP, or DACE certification will be an advantage.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage employees from operational level through to senior management.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
