Job summary
A leading restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor who will support daily operations and lead the service staff to ensure high standards of customer experience in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a minimum of two years in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Knowledge of Korean cuisine will be an advantage, while the role requires flexibility in working hours including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service in compliance with company SOPs.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and effectively manage stock levels.
- Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and ensuring adequate staffing during operating hours.
- Support in sales targets, promotions, and upselling to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate seamless service flow.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, preferably in casual dining, izakaya, or Korean cuisine concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and basic financial controls.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of the Korean language or cuisine will be an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
