What the role is:
The officer will administer the facilities management contract and will work with the respective contractors closely on electrical, air con related (ACMV), audio visual and regular office maintenance works in the office. The officer will also manage the office space planning program including periodic office space regularisation, improvement to office infrastructure, additions and alteration works and making provisions for workspace for onboarding officers.
