Job description

    The Placement Officer will be primarily responsible for identifying major employers to create urban placement opportunities for Anudip PWD students. You will arrange students based on the company's requirements and be involved in pre-placement profiling. Your role will include visiting company Directors and HR heads to understand their manpower needs and establish placement partnerships. Additionally, you will coordinate with branches on placement procedures and monitor the progress of placed students. Your main goal will be to generate revenue for the organization through successful student placements. It will be your responsibility to maintain all documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities, as well as keep the student database up to date.You will also need to conduct job market studies, provide students with briefings on job openings after receiving client requirements, and maintain regular communication with managers and trainers. The role may require you to take on additional responsibilities as needed by the organization.The ideal candidate should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in placing students from skilling/training/educational institutes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills including patience and perseverance. You should possess good knowledge and connections with corporate entities, as well as a commitment to working for marginalized communities. Experience in student placement for courses/batches and establishing corporate tie-ups for student placements would be advantageous.,
