Job Summary:

Ensure guests have a comfortable environment and enjoyable stay at West Wing and East Wing, responsible for the smooth functioning of guestrooms, F&B outlets, and other facilities. Instill a culture of preventive maintenance and efficiently manage and maintain the properties’ facilities and equipment such as air-conditioning, fire protection, water systems, and electrical installations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general maintenance and repair of building facilities, M&E, AV equipment, and plant rooms, for both in-house and outsourced work as per hotel policies and procedures.
2. Conduct feasibility studies for upgrades and retrofitting, and undertake related projects.
3. Maintain accurate inventory of FF&E/HOE, tools, equipment, and ensure proper documentation of all records and drawings.
4. Conduct waste and energy audits, assist in green initiatives as part of CSR.
5. Prepare applications for government licenses, certificates, and approvals for various installations and features.
6. Assist in developing and implementing engineering training modules for all systems and equipment.
7. Manage the Engineering Department’s operations, including fire, life safety, and crisis management in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
8. Perform supervisory functions and support departmental strategies and policies.
