Job description

• Based in property and reports to Maintenance Manager
• Assist in maintenance of the building, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, security, mechanical and electrical systems of the property.
• Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors including property orientation for new hires.
• Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs
• Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline.
• Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures.
• Assist in administering and updating maintenance data/record including technicians’ roster planning and asset/inventory registration.
• Assist on getting quotation for management’s approval.
• Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
