Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Based in property and reports to Maintenance Manager.
2. Assist in maintenance of the building, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, security, mechanical, and electrical systems of the property.
3. Lead, manage, train, and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors including property orientation for new hires.
4. Inspect maintenance work and perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.
5. Respond, resolve, and close rectification request cases within timeline.
6. Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, following emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures.
7. Assist in administering and updating maintenance data/record including technicians’ roster planning and asset/inventory registration.
8. Assist in obtaining quotations for management’s approval.
9. Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
10. Participate in the company's sustainability efforts for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
