Assistant M&E Manager ($8500 / Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all mechanical and electrical operations within building construction projects.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E systems installation and maintenance.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure M&E designs meet project specifications and standards.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress of M&E works and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team during project execution.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the building construction industry.

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days work
Hours: 830am to 530pm, 830am to 1230pm
