Job summary

A logistics company in Tuas is looking for an Assistant Logistics Supervisor who will handle daily operations, communicate with suppliers, and manage inventory. The candidate must be physically capable of lifting materials and able to work rotating night shifts. A forklift license is an advantage. The position offers a basic salary starting at $2100, with allowances and overtime pay.

• Follow instructions from your immediate superior.
• Handle daily operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Communicate with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums when required.

• Working hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 4.30pm, Sat 7.30am – 11.30am

• Location: Tuas

• Basic Salary: Basic $2100 + Allowance + OT + Night Shift Allowance

Responsibilities

• Follow instruction from your immediate superior.
• Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customer.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailers and warehouse when required.
• Needs to support night shift from 16th to 31st rotate with another Assistant Logistics Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to work night shifts as scheduled
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg
• Possess forklift license will be an advantage
