We are an ecommerce company based in Singapore seeking a proactive and reliable Operations & Fulfillment Executive.
This person will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our fulfillment process — from managing packers and coordinating packing activities to maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
Packing Coordination
- Schedule and arrange daily/weekly packing sessions according to order volumes.
- Ensure timely and accurate packing of all outgoing orders.
- Prepare packing instructions and materials ahead of time.
Management of Packers
- Hire, train, and supervise part-time or full-time packers.
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing environment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and handle staff performance.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Coordinate stock replenishments with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
- Report low-stock items and assist in forecasting purchasing needs.
️ Process Improvement
- Suggest and implement improvements in packing flow and inventory accuracy.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, ecommerce, or fulfillment roles.
- Comfortable with hands-on work and team supervision.
- Organized and detail-oriented; strong multitasking skills.
- Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., Google Sheets, inventory systems).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
