Job summary:

• Looking for candidates available to work:
• Monday to Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
• 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements & status with customers.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and perform basic maintenance standards.
• Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Be able to work night shifts from the 16th to the 30th/31st of each month.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
