JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements and status with customers.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Check orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Willing to work night shift (16th-31st).
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
