Job description

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing hardware and software-related issues in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan, implement, and manage IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements

• Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures

• Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT-related services and solutions

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT resources

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure management role

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, servers, and system administration

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

• Knowledge of IT security best practices and the ability to implement appropriate measures

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
