This position involves overseeing and implementing IT projects and providing technical expertise to ensure the seamless operation and ongoing enhancement of information systems. It also includes spearheading the establishment of cybersecurity frameworks for both local and regional facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and manage cybersecurity measures for the organization
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute IT projects aligned with strategic objectives
  3. Lead the design, development, and deployment of new information systems and technologies
  4. Coordinate and manage IT teams, ensuring timely project delivery within budgets and deadlines
  5. Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to information systems
  6. Conduct periodic assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
  7. Recommend system upgrades and advancements to management, highlighting their benefits for the organization
  8. Support team management efforts and evaluate team performance
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards, IT policies, and procedures
  10. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
  11. Develop and maintain IT documentation and resources

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  2. At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity practices, compliance requirements, and end-user computing
  3. Expertise in conducting security risk assessments and managing incidents
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Service)
  5. Solid knowledge of security frameworks, technical vulnerability management, application security, and technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and system hardening
  6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly valued
  7. Strong skills in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution
  8. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
  10. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies
  11. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
  12. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
