Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement HR Policies & Procedures. Monitor deviations and take corrective actions when required.
Handle the recruitment, selection, appointment and on-boarding process.
Handle exit management process.
Monitor confirmations and administer the process for confirmations, promotions and transfers.
Conduct, analyse and evaluate salary surveys with recommendations. Participate in the entire process of salary structure review and salary review exercise.
Handle industrial accident cases. Process medical, specialist, dental and insurance claims.
Administer leave.
Plan & Implement Employee Relations & Engagement Programmes.
Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances with Department Heads.
Implement the mid-year and annual performance appraisal exercise.
Responsible for employee welfare programmes, internal and external staff recognition programmes and staff suggestion scheme.
Ensure staff lockers are in good working condition. Ensure staff canteen is clean and monitor quality of food.
Prepare HR Reports & Surveys.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment laws and Ministry of Manpower's work passes, policies and guidelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and well-organised.
Minimum 5 years in similar capacity. Preferably in the hospitality industry.
