• Handles the full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, staff wellness, etc
• Budget planning and tracking
• Prepares weekly/monthly HR related reports for management and reporting
• Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.

Responsibilities
