Key Responsibilities

This role is part of the Human Capital Systems & Analytics function, which covers Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) strategy and governance, and direct management of the APAC HRIS instance. The focus of this role is the management of the APAC HRIS, which is on a SuccessFactors platform. This role reports into the team lead of the Systems & Analytics function.

SuccessFactors System Administration & Enhancements:

  • Oversee and maintain SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc), ensuring performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with Technology department and external vendors to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements
  • Recommend and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation
  • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making.
  • User Training & Documentation:

  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Process Improvement:

  • Analyze HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Implement process enhancements to optimize system functionality and user experience
  • Stay updated with HR technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized through technology
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath) is a plus.
