The successful candidate will oversee HR functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage office administration tasks. Job Responsibilities
Oversee and review all HR and Admin policies, procedures, and compliance.
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, and payroll.
Handle performance appraisals, compensation reviews, promotions, and bonus exercises.
Support employee relations, including engagement, performance management, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain HR records, leave systems, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations (e.g., work passes).
Oversee office administration – procurement, contracts, insurance, tenancy, and vendor management.
Coordinate office operations such as renovations, space planning, and company events.
Partner with department heads on workforce planning and assist with strategic HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree holder
4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail industry
Knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and Microsoft Excel will have added advantageous
