As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and relations, performance management, and training and development, while ensuring compliance with Singapore's labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with relevant authorities (MOM, MAS, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF, etc.) to manage HR-related matters.
Use a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn, recruiters, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for payroll and bonus processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Assist in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
Track and evaluate HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Organize and oversee training and development programs for employees.
Manage employee complaints, disputes, and grievances.
Assist as a backup for general administrative and personal assistant tasks.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
