At Singapore Aero Support Services (SASS), we are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong expertise in technical/blue collared recruitment to join our recruitment team.

Working alongside the management team, you will lead and direct a team of recruiters as part of your daily scope, coupled with extensive reporting and KPI management. You will be an integral part of the core HR team and it is paramount to cooperate across other operational divisions to achieve common objectives.

Job Description

  1. Oversee the daily operations of Recruitment Team and manage recruiters KPIs.

  2. Align with management on hiring strategy and spearhead recruitment efforts.

  3. Main point of communication with hiring managers on recruitment matters.

  4. Ensure compliance within all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

  5. Collaborate and work with internal and external stakeholders to understand hiring needs and project timelines.

  6. Conduct weekly reviews of recruitment progress to track hiring statuses and identify areas for improvement.

  7. Weekly presentation of hiring statuses to the Management Team.

  8. Identify opportunities and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment processes.

  9. Engage with local institutions, including ITE, Polytechnics and Universities, to attract fresh graduates for key positions.

  10. Lead and contribute to recruitment efforts at career fairs.

  11. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.

  12. Responsible for tracking and reporting recruitment matrix to the Head of Department.

  13. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree in a related field

  2. At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years of team management

  3. Experience in local technical roles or blue collared recruitment will be advantageous

  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills is mandatory

  5. Ability to communicate effectively and drive recruitment strategies

  6. Capacity to process high volume of positions efficiently and work within tight timelines

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
