Job Description & Requirements

An iconic luxury brand with a global presence is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Assistant HR Manager to drive HR initiatives and partner closely with leaders across Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner proactively with regional leadership to identify and address strategic HR and organizational challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior management and employees.
  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support in areas such as Employee engagement and recruitment, retention and talent development, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, change management and conflict resolution
  • Manage employment legislation and employee relations
  • Exit management and coaching
  • Collaborate with global HQ to implement HR projects and contribute to international initiatives.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and seek ways to maximize HR’s impact within the business.

Profile Sought:

  • Proven experience in a regional HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo constructively.
