ASSISTANT HR MANAGER - C&B (CONSTRUCTION COMPANY)

Job Description:

• Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided
• Company: Leading renowned Construction company
• Salary: Up to $6,700 Basic + Variable Bonuses (1 to 3 months)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting HR Manager in design, review & implementation of projects such as Com & Ben, performance management system and career development
• Responsible for promotion, market adjustment, annual salary review and variable bonus
• Conduct salary surveys & benchmarking exercise
• Plan and execute staff welfare activities
• Work with HR Business Partners to ensure execution of programmes

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
• Possess supervisory experience
