Job Responsibilities:
- Actively supervise the HR team on HR functions and maintain discipline and cohesiveness within the team, working towards achieving corporate objectives.
- Induct, train, coach, and develop team members, including conducting orientations for new employees.
- Manage the training budget, monitor training plans, and maintain training records within the group.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or internal procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and labor regulations to ensure compliance and best practices within the group.
- Communicate effectively and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal communication, ensuring timely responses.
- Participate actively as a Chairperson or member in various company committees or gatherings.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Top Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the marine, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong problem recognition skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and responsible.
- Good interpersonal skills, a pleasant disposition, and a professional approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good team player.
