Job description

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

2. Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and best practices for the Singapore office.

3. Coordinate with the regional HR Team Assistant HR Manager to meet recruitment and onboarding needs for both Singapore and China.

4. Collaborate with the SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRMS.

5. Promote a strong company culture aligned with the group’s values, fostering employee engagement and workplace cohesion.

6. Handle additional tasks as assigned by Senior Management and the Group HR Manager.

Requirements:

1. Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.

2. Minimum 8 years of prior HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.

3. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.

4. Proficiency with common structural design software e.g. Microsoft Office.

5. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;

6. International mindset and an ability to drive collaboration , both within BUCGand externally;

7. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop practical solutions;

8. Attention to details.
