Job Description:

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR administration

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

  • Manage employee relations and engagement activities

  • Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal processes

  • Plan and implement training programs based on business needs

  • Administer payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and employee claims

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations

  • Maintain and update HR records and HRIS system

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

  • Handle government-related surveys and statutory submissions

  • Support corporate services and office administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist, HR Supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
