Job Description:
Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR administration
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Manage employee relations and engagement activities
Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal processes
Plan and implement training programs based on business needs
Administer payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and employee claims
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations
Maintain and update HR records and HRIS system
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
Handle government-related surveys and statutory submissions
Support corporate services and office administrative duties
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist, HR Supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
