Job description

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Build rapport with employees and managers across the organization to enhance collaboration and improve work relationships.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Involve in the planning, coordinating of company-wide employee engagement initiatives such as teambuilding, annual dinner & dance, family day.
  • Partnering line managers to conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives (HR policies & procedures, job evaluation, employee engagement survey, e-appraisal, time management system, retention plan).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
  • Min 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HRBP role.
  • Candidates with experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including spoken and written English).

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + variable bonus (average 2-3 months)
