To report directly to General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee HR Section
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  4. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
  1. People oriented and results driven
  2. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  4. In-depth knowledge of MOM guidelines, Employment Laws and HR best practices
  5. Degree in Human Resource and with relevant working experience as HR Manager
  6. Working in an unionised company enviroment will be an added advantage
